Handcrafted Nature of Products

  Each MIJAS piece is uniquely handmade using natural stones, freshwater pearls, glass beads, and anti-tarnish metallic accents.

  Minor variations in bead color, texture, shape, and natural stone veins are inherent characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and should be celebrated as individuality rather than considered defects.

  We endeavor to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to individual screen calibrations and studio photography lighting.

Pricing & Payments

  All prices listed on MIJAS are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes.

  We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or adjust promotions at any time without prior notice.

  In the rare event of an inadvertent typographical pricing error, MIJAS reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price, issuing an immediate full refund.

Orders and Acceptance

  Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. MIJAS reserves the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspicious activity, or courier non-serviceability.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
